The Fire Station Alerting (FSA) Mobile App is an extension of the Phoenix G2 Fire Station Alerting System, manufactured by US Digital Designs (USDD). It provides firefighters and first responders with instant verbal, written, and location fire station alerts, whether they are at the fire station or in transit.

<ul><li>ONLY authorized customers using the USDD’s Phoenix G2 Fire Station Alerting System (FSAS) can access mobile station alerts, which require an activation code.</li>
<li>To obtain an activation code, please reach out to your agency’s fire station alerting system (FSAS) administrator.</li>
<li>The app is compatible with iPhones and iPads running on iOS 7.0 or higher.</li>
<li>App technical support is exclusively accessible through a fire agency’s administrator for the Phoenix G2 FSAS.</li></ul>

HOW IT WORKS

<ul><li>Sends simultaneous mobile alerts to designated mobile users and fire stations.</li>
<li>Alerts personnel individually or in groups such as units, stations, districts, etc.</li>
<li>Offers directions to the incident location using the device’s mapping capabilities.</li>
<li>Enables users to save notifications for future reference and search for past notifications.</li>
<li>Provides quick contact access to the fire agency’s FSAS administrator via email and phone link.</li></ul>
